The Galesburg region is located in West Central Illinois in Knox County, approximately 40 minutes from both Peoria and the Quad Cities on I-74, a three-hour train ride from downtown Chicago, and a two hour drive from its suburbs. This central location allows residents to access a variety of these cities’ amenities and attractions with ease. Galesburg is mid-way between Minneapolis on the north, St. Louis on the south, Indianapolis on the east and Kansas City on the west. The area’s 300-mile radius encompasses nearly 34 million people, 15% of the nation’s population.
